Characterizing thin-films

  1. UV-visible spectroscopy

UV-visible spectroscopy measures the absorbance of our films and anything in the pores of these materials. It also allows one to determines the band gap of our semi-conducting films. Since our films are optically transparent, one can easily examine these materials on glass and conductivity glass substrates.
